Returns & Exchange

We follow 7 days of Return and Exchange policy from the date of product delivery. Below are the points highlighted about the return policies concerning various product groups:

·       DAMAGED PRODUCTS: If you receive Damaged Product during transportation or any kind of unsatisfactory results or issues with the product (quality, dimension, missing accessories, etc.) Please email us on, with your order number and photo of the item delivered, we will send you a replacement product. This applies only within 7 days from the date of delivery.

·       TREASURED ARTS: Original artwork such as hand paintings, and unusual artwork, as well as highly valued products such as limited-edition artworks, antiques, and artefacts, cannot be returned or exchanged.

·       CUSTOMIZED AND SPECIAL ORDERS: Returns and Exchanges are not accepted for customised products and special orders, i.e. those specially created as per your request or personalized to a special size or style.

·       PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Photos to Arts, typographic, and other personalized creations; artwork that is customized as per order cannot be returned or exchanged.

·       PROMOTIONAL OFFERS: Products ordered during special promotional and festive season sales may not be refundable, exchangeable, or cancelled. Special rules for the Return and Exchange of products may be applicable during special sales and promotional offers. Please check out the relevant promotional terms u0026amp; conditions at the time of your purchase.

·       RETURN ACCEPTANCE: Returns are only accepted when the returned product is at an undamaged and saleable condition with their original packaging, all the components given along with the product, as well as any complimentary gifts that are given with the product must get attached. The final acceptance of the return is after subjected to the inspection by the Team.

·       DAMAGED PRODUCTS: If you are not happy with the quality of material, engraving or damage during the shipping, please email us on with your order number and photo of the item delivered, we will issue a replacement product. This applies within the 7 days from the date of delivery. If you receive which is open or damaged or been tampered with, kindly do not accept the delivery of the product and contact Our Team immediately.

·       REFUND AMOUNT: You are authorized to receive the full refund of the paid price (subject to certain conditions) on returning the product.

How long will the return process take?

Once we receive your returned product, it usually takes 4-5 business days to initiate the refund subject for the product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of refund payment chosen by you. However, we might take a little longer considering the exceptional situations.
